There are no hidden fees and our pricing consists five categories of service:
For the owners, a standard leasing fee is assessed at the beginning of the lease term and is equal to 50% of one month's rent. A lease renewal fee of $150 is assesed at beginning of new leases. Optional semi-annual inpsection are available upon request.
For tenants, the applications fee is a non-refundable $40. The first month's rent will be collected (prorated if a partial month) at the time of excution of lease signing. The full security deposit, in the amount of one month's rent will also be collected at lease execution. All other fees are based on property specifics and listed within lease agreement.
